    Amy Heller is the president and founder of the WGIRLS INC. In her role as president, she oversees all aspects of the organization, sets the strategic vision, and works closely with the board to ensure the organizations continued growth and success.

    Amy is currently employed as a Project Manager at a large financial services firm. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Villanova University and is working towards her M.S. in Fundraising Management from Columbia University.  Read More

  • Carolyn is the treasurer and a founding member of the WGIRLS. In her role, Carolyn is responsible for overseeing and acting on all WGIRLS money matters.  This includes collecting all donations and funds for each event, delivering proceeds to the charities, and managing the WGIRLSNYC expenses and bank account.

    Carolyn is currently employed as a Vice President at a premier reinsurance intermediary. She graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science degree in General Biology.  Read More

  • Megan serves as both the Legal Chair and the Affiliate Chair.  As such, she is responsible for overseeing and advising WGIRLS affiliate chapters and for handling the WGIRLS legal concerns.

    Megan works for a law firm as a commercial litigator.  She received her Bachelors of Arts at the University of Missouri–Columbia and her JD from Tulane University.  She is also heavily involved with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, where she serves on the Young Professional Leadership Committee and the Volunteer Leadership Initiative Committee for the Greater New York Chapter.     Megan is a founding member of the WGIRLS and a senior officer of the WGIRLS organization. 

    Megan received her B.A. in Psychology from Villanova University and her M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. She is currently employed as the Head of Talent in the Financial Services industry.  Read More

  • Eileen Naylor

    Eileen serves as the Communications Chair for the WGIRLS INC. In her role, she oversees all internal and external communication on behalf of the WGIRLS organization and manages the wgirls.org site.

    Eileen is currently employed in the CMO at a large financial services firm. She graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Technology from the College of William and Mary and a has MBA from Columbia University. Read More

    As a founding board member of the WGIRLS INC and Philanthropy Chair, Marla is responsible for facilitating and managing relationships with all of the nonprofit organizations the WGIRLS partner with. 

    Marla graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a BS in Organizational Relations and Development and is currently employed at a financial services firm. Read More

  • Allison Teitelbaum

    Allison is a founding member of the WGIRLS and is the New Member’s Chair. She is responsible for welcoming in new members, organizing new member meetings and overseeing the New Member committee.

    Allison is currently employed as a Senior Financial Planner in the Wholesale Industry. Alison received her B.S. in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing from the University of Delaware.  Read More

    Rachel is the WGIRLS NYC Volunteerism Chair. In this role she is responsible for facilitating and managing relationships with the partner nonprofit organizations where our members volunteer.
