WGIRLS BAY AREA Teams With Princess Project

On March 27th and April 10th the WGIRLS BAY Area joined together to participate in Princess Project.

The Princess Project promotes self-confidence and individual beauty by providing free prom dresses and accessories to high school girls who cannot otherwise afford them. Every year, The Princess Project seeks and receives thousands of beautiful new or nearly new dresses and accessories in EXCELLENT condition from individual donors and corporate partners. Hundreds of volunteers accept and organize these dresses and accessories to run an exciting giveaway event in the early spring for individual high school girls which is exactly what our WGIRLS did!

As our first group philanthropy event, we could not have had more fun giving back to our community! Some of our girls even found their way into some prom dresses...bringing them back to memories of their past! It was amazing to be a part of these young girls Prom experience, and they were all so beautiful!
