WGIRLS 4th Annual Back to School Night Bash

On Thursday, October 8th the WGIRLS NYC held its 4th Annual Back to School Night to raise money and awareness for The Arts Effect.
The event was attended by over 250 young professionals helping to make a difference.
Guests enjoyed an hour open bar, music and a terrific raffle at Hudson Terrace. Everyone was encouraged to dress up; girls in pigtails and plaid skirts and guys in sport blazers, jerseys, or frat letters. As you can see from the photos people really embrace the theme!
The WGIRLS INC aims to provide underprivileged women and children with the support and resources necessary to achieve health, happiness, and the ability to lead productive and successful adult lives. For our Annual Back to School Event we select an educational program in need of funding. This year we chose
The Arts Effect Theater Lab, a performing arts development project committed to challenging and supporting young, impassioned artists and their communities. The Arts Effect provides opportunities for up and-coming artists to spread awareness, ignite change, and have their voices heard.
