Rachel Kostelec

Rachael Kostelec is the president and founding member of WGIRLS NOLA under the direction of Amy Heller. In her role as president, Rachael oversees all aspects of the organization, sets the strategic vision, and works closely with the board to ensure the organization’s continued growth and success. Rachael is currently employed as an analyst for the State of Louisiana's Disaster Recovery Unit. Prior to moving to New Orleans, she worked with the Adolescent Violence Reduction Partnership for the city of Philadelphia, which is where she found her calling for helping underprivileged youth. Rachael graduated with a Bachelors of Science from the University of Tennessee. She is an aspiring stand-up comedienne, published columnist, and on air radio personality.
